The Role Join a new chapter as the Store Manager for a brand-new store opening in early 2025! This is your chance to lead and develop a team from the ground up, with a start date set for March 2025. Key Responsibilities:

1. Coach, inspire, and mentor your team to exceed sales targets and KPIs.
2. Set the standard with exceptional consultative customer service.
3. Build strong, lasting relationships with a loyal customer base.
4. Ensure a positive and collaborative team culture.
5. Manage daily operations, including rostering, stock control, reporting, compliance, and administration.
6. Take a hands-on approach to leadership, leading by example on the shop floor.

What We're Looking For:

1. Proven success in consultative sales and customer service.
2. Experience as a retail store manager.
3. Passion for interiors!
4. A results-driven approach with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
5. Strong attention to detail and excellent administrative skills.
6. A professional, respectful demeanor with a passion for connecting with people.
7. Integrity and a strong work ethic.
8. Expertise in visual merchandising, with a creative flair for in-store displays and helping customers create their dream spaces.
9. Availability to begin a leadership role in March 2025.
