We are seeking a driver for our Fuel Truck whose primary role will be to deliver diesel and lubricants to our Aggregate and Contracting sites. There may also be other driving duties required such as the water cart and tip trucks. You will be contributing to the successful operation of the fleet through ensuring that diesel is delivered on time and to the right place. This role will provide variety and requires a person who is self-motivated, efficient and able to do early starts. Christchurch Ready Mix Concrete Ltd is a well-established locally owned family business which has been operating in Canterbury for over 60 years. The company is made up of four divisions which are concrete, aggregates, civil contracting and a workshop delivering mechanical and engineering services. Reporting to the Transport Supervisor you will be part of the Transport Team but working closely with quarry and contracting staff to ensure that all vehicles located at remote sites are regularly fueled and supplied with grease. Accurate recording of deliveries is essential. This role requires someone who can proactively manage Environmental and Health and Safety procedures to ensure compliance with consents and protect themselves and the environment while delivering products to a range of machinery.
