Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting MIT users on a day-to-day basis, troubleshooting and providing advice.
- Deployed across multiple campuses to support audio-visual equipment, providing first and second level support to our staff.
- Ensuring that the supporting hardware, infrastructure, and environments that make up the network technology stack deliver.
- Ensuring quality and currency of documentation.
- Providing 1st and 2nd level subject matter expertise support for services that utilize the Support Services Systems through root cause analysis, education, and training.
Minimum Requirements:
- Sound knowledge and experience in client operating systems such as Microsoft Operating Systems including Windows 10.
- Knowledge and experience of Audio-Visual Technology.
- Confident with Microsoft 365 Support.
- Ability to discuss computing issues in layman's terms and a can-do attitude. A full driver's license is required to support our multiple campuses.
