Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting MIT users on a day-to-day basis, troubleshooting and providing advice.
  • Deployed across multiple campuses to support audio-visual equipment, providing first and second level support to our staff.
  • Ensuring that the supporting hardware, infrastructure, and environments that make up the network technology stack deliver.
  • Ensuring quality and currency of documentation.
  • Providing 1st and 2nd level subject matter expertise support for services that utilize the Support Services Systems through root cause analysis, education, and training.
Predominantly you will be working from campuses in Manukau and Otara. On a needs basis you will travel to support our other sites in Auckland and Warkworth. Minimum Requirements:

  • Sound knowledge and experience in client operating systems such as Microsoft Operating Systems including Windows 10.
  • Knowledge and experience of Audio-Visual Technology.
  • Confident with Microsoft 365 Support.
  • Ability to discuss computing issues in layman's terms and a can-do attitude. A full driver's license is required to support our multiple campuses.
