- Write clear, concise reports and contribute to the Council's efforts to improve safety and well-being across the city
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to adapt to diverse people and situations
- A genuine passion for helping others, coupled with the confidence to enforce by-laws when necessary
- Empathy, professionalism, and fairness in decision-making
- Experience working with diverse communities and stakeholders
