The role involves overseeing and managing a team of sales representatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, analyzing sales data, and building and maintaining strong customer relationships. - Demonstrated experience in sales management and team leadership
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Ability to travel as needed
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
