Job Description: Social Media Executive / Assistant Manager / Manager – Marcom Team Location : Mumbai (Ghansoli / Andheri) Department : Marketing & Communications (Marcom) Reporting to : Head – Marketing & PR Role Overview We are looking for a creative and dynamic Social Media Executive / Manager to join our Marcom team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s social media presence, driving engagement, and enhancing brand awareness across platforms. In addition to social media expertise, the role requires skills in designing creatives for posts and managing website updates, ensuring a cohesive digital presence. Key Responsibilities Content Strategy & Planning : Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals of the company. Plan monthly content calendars and coordinate with internal teams for approvals. Content Creation & Design : Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content (posts, stories, videos) across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter). Design visually appealing creatives for social media posts using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator. Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel. Website Management : Coordinate with relevant teams to regularly update and maintain the company websites, ensuring content is current, relevant, and engaging. Collaborate with the tech and design teams for website enhancements and new page launches. Optimize website content for SEO and user experience. Community Management : Monitor and engage with audience comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner. Foster a community around the brand by actively participating in discussions and managing online reputation. Analytics & Reporting : Track and analyze performance metrics (engagement rates, impressions, reach) to measure campaign effectiveness. Prepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations. Collaboration & Coordination : Work closely with content, design, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging. Trend Monitoring & Experimentation : Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities. Experiment with new formats, tools, and strategies to drive innovation. Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from any stream. Added advantage if from Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in B2B or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, platform-specific insights).
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
  • Experience in managing and updating websites (basic knowledge of CMS like WordPress or similar platforms).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking with an eye for design and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in running paid social media campaigns is an advantage.
