ICT Technician

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Setup and install new computer, printer and ICT peripherals.
2. Installing, configuring and maintaining software and hardware components of computer and network systems.
3. Basic repairing and replacing damaged/faulty computer and network components.
4. Manage, monitor and track IT equipment, software license, systems and infrastructure.
5. Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on Windows-based servers.
6. Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on network switches.
7. Perform other related duties as assigned.
8. Work homebase in Kajang and willing to be assigned for relevant works within Klang valley.

REQUIREMENTS

1. At least Diploma in information technology, computer studies or equivalent.
2. Minimum 2 years related experience.
3. Required Skill(s): Server, network switch, PC and ICT peripherals configuration & maintenance.
4. Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
5. Possess own transport.
6. Willing to work in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.
