Regular - Lead, Indirect Fixed Sales (Delta- Canal) Lead, Indirect Fixed Sales (Delta- Canal) ref :QWWX9359 | 14 Jan 2025 apply before : 14 Apr 2025 Dakahlia Governorate Egypt - Egypt (Delta) Candidates should apply Job brief End to end ownership of the consumer broadband indirect sales channel within the assigned territory, with the aim of achieving sales targets, focusing on consistency & sustainability. Also, expanding reach & ensuring availability and enhancing revenue generation. Responsibilities Utilize all the company resources to achieve sales target. Continue to grow and refine an already established territory. Develop new sales opportunities within the assigned territory and recruit new resellers. Execute trade activities & promotions to enhance performance and achievement. Follow up with resellers the daily work flow to make sure its alliance with the assigned targets. Identify reasons that may lead to business opportunities loss and market visibility. Prepare and execute a weekly visit plan. Insure company's appropriate visibility that is representative of our brand image in the assigned territory. insuring that resellers are well branded & having sufficient & relevant material. Position Orange as the ISP of choice within the assigned territory. Act as the coordinator between Orange and the dealers with end to end ownership of resolving all their issues with company's different departments; support functions, logistics, installation, collection, financials, etc. Managing the relationship with resellers; maintaining channel control and positive influence within the assigned territory. Prepare and present weekly and monthly activity reports including own activity, market insight and competitive insight. Monitoring, assessing & continuously developing resellers performance & capabilities; ensuring appropriate & effective representation in the market. Train resellers to use Orange system and identify the company policy's. Hold regular meetings with the Resellers members to strength communication and ensures sharing the same objectives. Set short and long term sales plan for Reseller. Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree from a recognized university. Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a relevant area. Skills and abilities: 1. Very good English both spoken and written. 2. Very good computer skills. 3. Strong Customer Orientation. 4.
