Visit us @: Job Description We are searching for a dedicated Quality Engineering Lead to spearhead our offshore quality engineering team in India. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with over 5 years of hands-on experience in quality engineering and software testing. As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will manage and lead the team, enhance testing frameworks for full code coverage, and ensure top-notch software releases through automated testing in CI/CD environments. Proficiency in writing coded tests in languages like TypeScript, JavaScript, or Python is essential, with experience in the TestIM automation platform considered a strong advantage. Your role will involve scaling the team, overseeing manual and automated test cases, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to elevate our testing processes. • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in quality engineering, software testing, or related roles.
• Proven experience in leading and managing quality engineering teams, preferably in an offshore setting.
• Hands-on experience in building and improving testing frameworks to achieve full code coverage.
• Proficiency in automated testing in CI/CD environments to ensure high-quality software releases.
• Ability to write coded tests using TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, or similar languages.
• Experience with the TestIM automation platform is a plus.
• Strong understanding of manual and automated testing processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to scale teams by hiring, training, and managing team members.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to meet project goals.
• Knowledge of quality standards, best practices, and compliance requirements in software testing.
• A proactive approach to driving continuous improvement initiatives within the quality engineering team.

• Utilize the TestIM automation platform, if experienced, to enhance test automation capabilities and efficiency.
• Manage a suite of manual and automated test cases, ensuring thorough test coverage and accuracy.
• Scale the quality engineering team by hiring, training, and managing additional team members as needed to support project requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements, prioritize tasks, and ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the quality engineering team to enhance testing processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, best practices, and compliance requirements throughout the testing lifecycle.
