" Company Description Looking for a Rockstar Recruiter plus Business Development Manager. Role Description This is a full-time role with flexibility for some remote work. As a Senior Information Technology Recruiter at ZIKSA Technology, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent in the information technology field. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Additionally, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and onboarding successful candidates. Your goal will be to attract and hire the best IT professionals for ZIKSATECH in Bengaluru. Qualifications
- Prior experience in recruitment, specifically in the information technology field
- Sourcing profiles from different job portal
- Should be able to work in USA (CST) timezone
- Business Development experience is preferred
- Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and market trends
- Proven ability to attract and select top talent through various sourcing channels
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
