We are seeking a resourceful and collaborative Resource Coordinator in Pune, India to join and support the Resource Management Office (RMO) in solving complex staffing, allocation, and utilization challenges. They will be able to prioritize tasks, work independently, and as a team, and communicate effectively with all organizational levels. What you’ll do?

  • In the first three months, you’ll focus on gaining a solid understanding of our business operations, resource management tools, and processes. You’ll also assist the team with day-to-day tasks, such as facilitating and coordinating meetings, tracking timesheets, and updating forecasts and staffing requests.
  • Within the next six months, you’ll start to take on more responsibility, including supporting the allocation of resources to projects. You’ll also begin to analyze resource utilization data and identify opportunities for improvement. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategies to optimize resource allocation.
  • Over a year, you’ll continue to develop your skills and take on more challenging tasks. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to strategic initiatives, such as forecasting future resource needs and developing capacity planning models.
Responsibilities :
  • Candidate should be available to work in UK Shift
  • Support RMO BA and Resource Manager
  • Assist in the creation of regular and ad hoc reports
  • Perform administrative and analytic functions
  • Create, update and maintain documentation
  • Analyze resource availability and utilization
  • Help Resource Manager with staffing requests and prioritize resource allocation
  • Identify and address underutilized resources
  • Track and report on resource utilization metrics
  • Work with stakeholders to optimize resource allocation and productivity
Requirements:
  • Must be able to work until 8pm IST
  • 3+ years of professional work experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Smartsheet, and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred:
  • Familiarity with PSA tools such as Tableau or Upland PSA or Certinia (Formally Financial Force)
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Location:
  • Pune, India
Travel:
  • Ability to travel to London and/or Austin, Texas Headquarters for annual offsite
