Job Description: Executive - Founder's Office (Hybrid) We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Executive to assist in the Founder's Office . This position involves a variety of executive assistant (EA) tasks, working closely with the Founder to support daily operations and strategic initiatives. Job Title : Executive - Founder's Office Location : Hybrid (Andheri West) Salary : ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month Experience : 0-2 years Employment Type : Full-time Key Responsibilities :
- Provide administrative support to the Founder, including managing schedules, appointments, and correspondence.
- Handle day-to-day operations such as coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and managing emails.
- Act as a liaison between the Founder and internal/external stakeholders.
- Organize events, travel arrangements, and other necessary logistics.
- Assist in handling confidential information and ensure smooth workflow for the Founder's office.
- Required :
- 0-2 years of experience in administrative or executive assistant roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Smart, proactive, and reliable.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
