- Optimize product listings and brand page
- Manage inventory levels and order tracking
- Respond to customer inquiries via Amazon
- Manage incoming reviews
- Provide marketing reports on ad campaigns
- Communicate with vendors on inventory and orders
- 1+ year experience as Amazon VA/CS
- Amazon SEO knowledge (a plus)
- Extensive e-commerce/customer service experience
- Resourceful, proactive, and organized
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- $4 USD hourly rate (100% remote)
