DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB Management of Internal Sales Office
- Ensure the smooth running of the internal sales office at all times.
- Assist Internal Sales Coordinators with queries and provide resolutions.
- Handle telephone inquiries, order reception, pricing, and quote assistance to Regional Sales Managers.
- Oversee Internal Sales staff training, ensuring they remain up-to-date on their roles.
- Maintain the highest level of service to all customers, internal and external.
- Supervise and motivate employees, providing constructive feedback.
- Manage employee performance and development, including succession and personal development plans.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date price lists are maintained and communicated.
- Oversee import implement quotes and sign-off.
- Review quotes, repairs, and invoicing for dealer repairs in a timely manner.
- Coordinate pre-season orders and rebate handling.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting from the Internal Sales department.
- Monitor filing and signing of delivery and credit notes.
- Support National Product Manager and assist with backorder management and reporting.
- Generate and check monthly and daily sales reports.
- Ensure warranties are processed in accordance with company policy.
- Oversee warranty claims, from customer order to resolution.
- Update age analysis and follow up on overdue receipts.
- Manage credit limits, debtor queries, and FICA compliance.
- Liaise with ACS and Legal regarding debtor and FICA matters.
- At least 3 years in a similar role within the agricultural market, telesales, and administration, with 2 years' experience in debtor management.
- National Senior Certificate
- Computer Literate.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accuracy and accountability in all aspects of the job.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
