Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruiting, a deep understanding of the talent market, and the ability to engage candidates effectively. You will play a critical role in building a strong workforce and enhancing our employer brand. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for primarily technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates, while also supporting non-technical hiring as needed.
- Post job openings on relevant platforms and job boards to attract top-tier talent, with a focus on software developers and technical professionals.
- Build and maintain partnerships with hiring agencies to efficiently manage job requirements, candidate screening, and overall recruitment processes.
- Review resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify and onboard the best talent.
- Oversee a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, including preparation of documentation, conducting orientation, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases, monitor key hiring metrics, and generate regular reports to track and optimize recruitment efforts.
- Serve as a key contributor to the HR function during the initial setup phase by handling generalist responsibilities, such as employee engagement, policy development, and other HR operations, as needed.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on technical recruitment. Minimum of 1 year experience in a B2B SaaS company is preferred.
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes while collaborating effectively with hiring managers, teams, and external agencies.
- Demonstrated success in working in fast-paced, dynamic environments, managing multiple priorities, and meeting tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written) to foster positive relationships and ensure a smooth recruitment and onboarding experience.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to achieving results and building strong cross-departmental relationships.
- Adaptable and resilient, capable of maintaining professionalism and composure under pressure and in evolving startup environments.
- High level of integrity, with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally.
- Flexible and open to taking on HR generalist responsibilities during the initial phase of building the HR department.
