- Responsible for receiving merchandise for their store.
- Pricing and displaying their product in an appealing and fashionable manner
- Motivating staff in providing exceptional customer service and care.
- Developing store strategies to raise customers' pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability.
- Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to store staff. Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service.
- Dealing with customer queries and complaints.
- Quick Learner and a Team player.
- Maximizing profitability and setting/meeting sales targets, including motivating staff to do so.
- Training staff on how to manage cash and credit card transactions, handling returns and refunds
- Organize and manage advertising campaigns, deals and promos
- Ability to build and maintain strong client and business relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Customer-oriented.
- Qualification: Graduate
- Experience: 2 to 6 Years’ experience required.
