• Responsible for receiving merchandise for their store.
• Pricing and displaying their product in an appealing and fashionable manner
• Motivating staff in providing exceptional customer service and care.
• Developing store strategies to raise customers' pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability.
• Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to store staff. Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service.
• Dealing with customer queries and complaints.
• Quick Learner and a Team player.
• Maximizing profitability and setting/meeting sales targets, including motivating staff to do so.
• Training staff on how to manage cash and credit card transactions, handling returns and refunds
• Organize and manage advertising campaigns, deals and promos

• Ability to build and maintain strong client and business relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Qualification: Graduate
• Experience: 2 to 6 Years’ experience required.
