Key Skills Required: UX Design Web and Mobile, Interaction Design, Project Management, User Persona and Journey Mapping, Usability testing, Design Reviews and Feedback, Team Management and Collaboration, Delegation and Empowerment, Empathy and Problem Solving Responsibilities: We're seeking a passionate and experienced UX Manager to lead our team of talented designers in creating exceptional user experiences across our SaaS and mobile products. You'll be responsible for the user experience output by crafting user-centered strategies, driving design initiatives, and ensuring the seamless integration of UX principles throughout the user experience development cycle.
- Lead the UX Design across our web applications and mobile apps, from ideation to implementation
- Design industry-leading UX for our talent technology products using UX design specifications and UX design standards for both web and mobile designs
- Understand UX Design requirements, help define the approach for the user interaction models and workflows, and get the requirements translated into intuitive user experiences with the help of UX team
- Develop wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes for new interfaces, use cases and features
- Present design reviews through design documentation, prototype demonstrations, and discussion of the thought process. Receive feedback and incorporate the same in designs and prototypes during the review
- Understand user personas, user journeys, and wireframes to communicate design concepts
- Work collaboratively with product team, engineers, and visual designers to ensure design solutions meet business and user needs
- Conduct audit and gap-analysis of actual development vs UX prototype for providing timely feedback to engineering team
- Mentor and coach UX designers on design methodologies and best practices. Hands on experience of design tools like Figma
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging design technologies to continuously improve UX benchmark of the organization
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating experience in designing complex, cross-platform products
- Experience working in HR Technology or Talent Technology Domain
- Experience in UX designing for web applications as well as mobile products
- Proficiency in design tools such as sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience of working with senior leadership and leading UX Design teams for desired outcomes
- Experience conducting user research, user testing, and usability testing
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Experience mentoring and coaching junior UX designers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for user experience and desire to stay ahead of the curve
