Regional Marketing & Business Development Manager – Asian Markets Remote | Full-Time | PST RRA Group Inc Are you a dynamic professional with expertise in Asian markets? RRA Group Inc. is seeking a Regional Marketing & Business Development Manager to drive business growth and foster strong relationships in key markets such as China, Vietnam, Taiwan, India, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Japan, and Korea. What You’ll Do
- Client Relationships : Manage and nurture client relationships, serving as the primary contact for inquiries and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Marketing & Lead Generation : Execute marketing strategies, convert leads provided by the operations and pricing teams, and independently identify new opportunities through research and networking.
- Competitive Quoting : Collaborate with the pricing team to prepare and present competitive quotes, aligning with company objectives and market trends.
- Market Insights : Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop actionable strategies.
- Reporting & Updates : Create detailed market reports and share regular updates with the operations team on market conditions and growth opportunities.
- Experience : 5+ years in marketing, sales, or business development with a focus on Asian markets.
- Proven Track Record : Successful business development experience in key Asian countries.
- Cultural Understanding : Strong knowledge of Asian business cultures with the ability to build relationships across cultural boundaries.
- Language Skills : Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in one or more Asian languages is a bonus.
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
- Strategic Mindset : Experience in creating and executing marketing strategies to penetrate new markets.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.

- Experience with CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
