Title: Lead of SHES Process Trains We seek an experienced professional to lead our SHES process trains team.Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:- Supporting onshore EPC projects in all SHES-related disciplines and scope of work.
- Serving as the key focal point for site activities and supporting the SHES Head (and/or SHES Manager).
- Oversight of newly onboarded EPC contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure understanding and compliance with project SHES requirements.
- Championing SHES awareness and safe performance among contractors and project management teams.
- Providing oversight and guidance for site SHES and regulatory compliance and performance during project fieldwork.
- Verification of SHES site resource allocation, competencies, and performance.
- Liaising with internal/external groups as required.
- Demonstrating strong leadership and visible presence for in-field activities.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:- HSE-related NVQ Level 5, NEBOSH /International Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, or higher qualification.
- TapRoot Advanced Root Cause Analysis Team Leader (or equivalent RCA tool) experience.
- No less than 15 years' experience in occupational health and safety.
- International project experience with Tier-1 EPC Contractors or Clients, involved in the construction of onshore production facilities.
Location and Working Schedule
This role is based in Qatar Onshore, with a working schedule of 10 hours per day, 6 days a week, and 26 days a month. The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. #J-18808-LjbffrApply safely
