Job Responsibilities

  • Stay updated on industry developments and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in public relations strategies.

  • Prepare detailed reports on PR activities and results, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, trends, and insights, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and feedback.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar that schedules all aspects of social media marketing and PR initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling visual and written content that enhances brand storytelling.
  • Analyze performance metrics of social media campaigns, providing actionable insights to optimize future strategies.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with influencers and media outlets to amplify brand visibility and credibility.
  • Manage crisis communication on social platforms by developing strategic responses to negative feedback or misinformation.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities, adapting tactics to maintain a competitive edge.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience in public relations, social media management, or marketing.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in additional European languages is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms to track engagement and growth.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to foster relationships with media professionals and influencers.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
