Description The Associate HR will assist in various HR functions, including operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR practices and a passion for contributing to a thriving work environment. Position title Associate HR Responsibilities
- Support onboarding and orientation activities for new hires.
- Help maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives.
- Contribute to the development and dissemination of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Support performance management processes, including tracking evaluations and feedback.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Participate in HR operations projects and initiatives as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in IT Industry.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
