- Develop and implement concepts, guidelines, and strategies in creative projects, overseeing them to completion.

- Review, revise, and approve content and presentations, providing constructive feedback.

- Oversee daily workflows, assign workloads, and manage deadlines and budgets.
- Direct multiple projects, including advertising campaigns, social media, commercial films, and 360 campaigns.
- Inspire and motivate art directors, illustrators, and copywriters to leverage their talents effectively.
- Foster a collaborative, creative environment while overseeing projects.
- Train and mentor team members to grow into accomplished professionals.
- Take a hands-on approach, leveraging expertise in digital platforms to ensure quality control.
- Stay updated on industry developments and recommend innovative technologies to clients.
- Meet regularly with creative teams to align on the latest trends and strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in advertising, design, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 4+ years managing creative services in a direct marketing agency or similar setting.
- 5+ years in digital creative direction.
- Professional certification in visual production tools.
- Proven expertise in digital display and social media.
- Strong strategic thinking, creative, and organizational skills.
- Experience juggling multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
- Excellent client service, presentation skills, and ability to motivate teams.
- Broad knowledge of typography, color theory, design trends, and advertising.
- Experience in creative copywriting and design.
- Extensive knowledge of digital display, video, paid social, and web technologies.
