Job Summary

Our Client is one of the top Electronic Systems firms in the Middle East and Africa. They provide excellent customer service with a focus on the client's individual requirements.

Job Description:

Design and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies aligned with the company's goals.
Oversee and allocate the marketing budget to ensure maximum return on investment (ROI).
Conduct regular market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team to achieve performance excellence.
Collaborate with other departments to align marketing efforts with organizational objectives.
Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Prepare and present marketing performance reports to senior management.
Supervise digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, and social media strategies.
Ensure consistency in brand messaging and image across all platforms.
Oversee CRM tools and strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty.
Organize promotional events and sponsorships to enhance the company’s visibility.
Manage content creation, including blogs, articles, videos, and marketing materials.

Job Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in marketing are a plus. Experience: 12-16 years of experience in marketing, with at least 6-8 years in a leadership role.

Competences and Skills:

Strong analytical and strategic thinking.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) and MS Office.
Creativity and adaptability in dynamic markets.
