Responsibilities:
- Supervise front desk staff including training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Oversee daily operations of the front desk ensuring efficient check-in and check-out processes.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain a welcoming and organized front desk area.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as managing reservations, processing payments, and maintaining records.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies and amenities.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in computer systems and hotel management software.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in hospitality management is a plus.
