Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise front desk staff including training, scheduling, and performance management.
  2. Oversee daily operations of the front desk ensuring efficient check-in and check-out processes.
  3. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  4. Maintain a welcoming and organized front desk area.
  5. Assist with administrative tasks such as managing reservations, processing payments, and maintaining records.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.
  7. Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies and amenities.
Qualifications:
  1. Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry preferred.
  2. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  4. Proficiency in computer systems and hotel management software.
  5. Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  6. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in hospitality management is a plus.
