Position Overview: The ideal candidate will expand the company's brand presence by finding the target audience to distribute marketing content. You will create and implement the marketing strategy using both offline and online methods to gain new customers. The ideal candidate is both a self-motivated individual and a positive team player. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy to improve organic search rankings, increase web traffic, and enhance user experience.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and content optimization to enhance search visibility and attract targeted audiences.
- Oversee and analyze website and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other relevant analytics platforms.
- Collaborate with the content, design, and product teams to ensure digital marketing initiatives are aligned with business objectives and brand messaging.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for SEO and digital marketing efforts, providing regular reports on campaign performance and ROI.
- Implement and manage social media strategies to boost brand awareness and customer engagement across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Handle budget allocation for digital marketing campaigns, ensuring optimal utilization of resources for maximum impact.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in digital marketing PPC and SEO, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital marketing platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and informative content.
- Proficiency in managing social media platforms and using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive, creative, and results-oriented mindset with a passion for digital marketing.
- Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or similar digital marketing credentials.
