As a privately owned company, Tecaudex provides IT Consultancy, Software Design (UI/UX) & Development, Deployment, and Maintenance to the following verticals: Government (Local and Central) and Businesses. Responsibilities:
- Assist in posting job openings on various platforms and managing applications.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interview panels.
- Support the onboarding process by preparing documentation, conducting orientations, and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
- Help organize team-building activities and employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist in collecting and analyzing employee feedback through surveys and reports.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
- Assist in drafting HR-related policies and communication materials.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives to enhance HR operations.
- Handle office administrative tasks such as managing supplies and organizing files.
- Provide general support to the HR team as required.
- Enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- An eagerness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- A hands-on learning experience in various HR domains.
