THE COMPANY:
MARO Tandoors is an organisation which plans to open a network of tandoors over Lahore, and eventually all over Pakistan. It offers clean, hygienic and quality rotis, naans and other tandoor-based products at reasonable prices, in order to solve a major problem of all Pakistanis: the existing unhygienic tandoors.

MARO Tandoors currently operates one shop, with the capacity and plans to open many more all over Lahore. It is the first company in Pakistan to establish a brand in the tandoor industry, and in doing so, has become the preferred choice of all residents in its locality, as well as of customers coming from various areas of Lahore. Responsibilities:
- Oversee production and sales teams
- Manage inventory and procurement
- Train salespersons
- Be responsible for shop upkeep
- Receive on-job training

Job Specification

Requirements:
- Should be ready to do field work with regards to hiring, procurement, and field research
- Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is a huge plus point, although it is not absolutely necessary
- Should know how to converse with customers, as well as how to manage shop employees
- Should have at least a BSc. level education (FSc. level candidates will only be accommodated in special circumstances). MBA graduates are encouraged. #J-18808-Ljbffr Management & Operations
