Manager Security And Administration (Retired Army Officer)

Main responsibilities of the position include:

1. Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to maintain security of the plant premises.
2. Oversee and monitor the activities of external transporters and individuals on the premises.
3. Supervise administrative staff to streamline existing processes and increase efficiency/output of the function.

Job Specification

Ideal candidate should have the following profile:

1. Graduation/Masters with trainings in the areas of Administration and Security.
2. Experience of 5 years in an industrial setup.
3. Ex-Army Officer with post-retirement experience in a civil organization will be preferred.
