As an Account Manager - Client Services you will be responsible for:
- All client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue.
- Reviewing all major deliverables (i.e. strategic brief, function spec, tech spec, etc.) to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.
- Ensuring that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the Management about problems that may arise and suggesting solutions and implementing them.
- Approving invoices and responsible for payment collections.
- Working closely with the project team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project.
- Ensuring that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that projects are profitable.
- Communicating the client's goals and representing the client's interests to the team.
- Providing regular two-way communication between the client and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations.
- Understanding of company capabilities and service, and effectively communicates all offerings to the client.
- Reporting to the Management, providing regular input on all account activity, including status and call reports on a weekly basis.
Job Specification
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:- Business Management/Marketing Graduate
- 1-2 Years of prior experience in a Sales/Support/Client Services environment
- Excellent Communication Skills in English are a must
- Professional Level Skills in Microsoft Office
- Candidates with experience of working with projects related to Website Development, Mobile App Development, Digital Advertising and SEO will be preferred, however this is not a must.
