Manage and maintain accurate records of ship supplies and inventory levels to ensure timely replenishment and compliance.Coordinate with suppliers and shipping companies to facilitate efficient supply chain operations.Responsible for tracking work orders, providing customer support, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.Ensure adherence to purchasing procedures, manage inventory, process deliveries, maintain safety, and assist departments with procurement and logistics tasks.Responsible for granting installation access badges, reviewing applications, maintaining equipment, and ensuring compliance with security requirements; requires excellent computer skills.Verify financial data accuracy, maintain records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with policies while fostering positive relationships and addressing service needs.Manage capital structure, oversee cash flow, develop budgets, ensure compliance, and report financial information while possessing strong financial analysis and communication skills.Assist in managing financial records, reconcile accounts, prepare statements, and communicate with clients; requires accounting degree and strong analytical skills.Responsible for front desk operations, guest check-in/check-out, handling inquiries, and coordinating with housekeeping while ensuring excellent customer service.
