Assistant Director (Policy & Proposal Development)

Job Location : Professional Experience :

• Minimum 5 years of experience in drafting proposals and public policies

• Prepare concept notes/project proposals for new initiatives
• Conduct in-depth research on best practices and draft public policies
• Knowledge of Identity Management, Biometric technologies would be a plus
• Proficient in MS Office

• Bachelors (4 Years) in Public Policy/Business Administration or equivalent in a related field
• Degrees must be recognized and attested by HEC

• Selected candidate will be hired initially for a contract period of 5 years (extendable if required).
• Management reserves the right to accept/reject any application without assigning any reason.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
• Candidate shall be disqualified if false information is provided.
• 5 years' relaxation in age is already included in the above age limit.
• Selected candidate shall provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.
• No TA/DA will be admissible.
• Attested degrees from Higher Education Commission (HEC) must be provided at the time of interview.
