Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors in marketing/business administration or any relevant field. As an IT sales professional, you'll need to: - Attract customers and arrange meetings either face-to-face or over the phone.
- Gain an understanding of customers' diverse and specific business needs and apply product knowledge to meet them.
- Ensure quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications.
- Generate new business leads by demonstrating our services and products like support, custom software, custom website development, and custom mobile applications.
- Identify and develop new business through networking and follow-up courtesy calls.
- Market and promote a portfolio of products by writing and designing sales literature.
- Meet sales targets and lead the team by helping them in taking follow-ups, creating proposals, and quotations.
- Network with existing customers in order to maintain links and promote additional products and upgrades.
- Manage workload in order to organize and prioritize daily and weekly goals.
Job Specification
Job Requirements:- Must have work experience with a software house/digital marketing agency that deals with diversified services.
- Must have sound knowledge of software, mobile applications, websites, social media marketing, search engine optimization, and Google PPC to sell them.
- No time bound; must be target-oriented.
- Must be presentable.
- Must be proactive and able to work under pressure.
