Hardware Design Verification Engineer

Our client, a leader in technology innovation, is seeking a Hardware Design Verification Engineer to join their team. As a Hardware Design Verification Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting the development of next-generation AI chips. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a collaborative mindset, and a detail-oriented approach which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Hardware Design Verification Engineer Location: Hybrid (Redmond, WA) - 2-3 days onsite per week or open to 100% remote for the right fit Pay Range: $76/HR for 100% remote What's the Job?

• Define verification strategy, requirements, and test environments for IP level verification.
  
  
• Create test plans and write tests to ensure comprehensive feature coverage.
  
  
• Own verification for complex IPs, including developing UVM components and environments from scratch.
  
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve design challenges and improve processes.
  
  
• Lead small teams of verification engineers and mentor junior engineers.

What's Needed?

• Minimum 7 years of experience in ASIC Design Verification.
  
  
• Proven experience with unit level verification and UVM library methodology. Very strong UVM expertise needed.
  
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to dynamic environments.
  
  
• Experience in Agile development methodologies.
  
  
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
