Job Duty The Department
Our Property Department is committed to providing integrated, customer-centric, sustainable and cost effective asset management, development management, project management and facilities management services to the key Business Units in the Club.
The job is in the Property Section and the job holder is a supervisor reporting directly to Facilities Services Manager. Major work scope is to provide effective support to the Facilities Services Team.
The Job
You will:
- Provide administrative support to the Facilities Services - Manager and the team for implementing and maintaining facilities services at Racecourse to ensure hygiene and well-equipped environment for users on race days and non-race days
- Prepare timely and accurate operation reports and upkeep the asset inventory and budgetary control record; edit and prepare electronic documents & handle data entry
- Assist in compiling and maintaining documentation including standard operating procedure, training manuals, etc.
- Train and lead a large team of attendants to ensure that services rendered are met within the required standards and time frame
- Handle staff matters including deployment, rostering, leave arrangement and wages calculation
- Perform race day duties
About You
You should have:
- A degree / higher diploma in Facility Management / Property Management or related studies
- At least 2 years relevant work experience in office administration, preferably gained in facility management / property management
- Knowledge of hygiene management practices along with cleaning process and operational plan preferably
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Chinese
- Hands-on experience in MS Office applications
Terms of Employment
The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualification and experience.
