Mechanical Fitter

• Providing machining and engineering fitting services across the business.
• Supporting general maintenance, mentoring junior team members, and sharing improvement ideas.
• Assisting with bid preparation by offering technical insights.

• Apprenticeship or equivalent in mechanical fitting, machining, or fabrication.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in maintenance or production roles.
• Additional training in safety, forklift truck operation, or rigging (advantageous).
• Proficient in mechanical fitting and computer-literate, with strong teamwork and communication skills.
