• Develop internal tools and frameworks to simplify workflows, enhance productivity, and ensure consistency across projects
• Create and maintain shared libraries that promote reusability, scalability, and adherence to best practices
• Identify and implement architectural enhancements, uncovering opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness, while driving the adoption of innovative solutions to optimize platform performance and reliability
• Advocate for the mobile platform and collaborate with engineering and design teams to establish best practices and leverage native frameworks effectively
• Support the development lifecycle, from ideation and design to deployment and continuous improvement

You're a match if you have....

• Proven experience in building and maintaining tooling and internal libraries that have improved development workflows or system efficiency
• Expertise in architectural design and implementing changes that drive performance, scalability, and reliability
• Commercial experience in iOS, SwiftUI, and/or Android, Jetpack Compose. We value well-documented, performant, tested, and easily maintainable code that adheres to best practices. Proven track record of providing constructive feedback during code reviews Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with a passion for tackling complex technical challenges
• You excel in critical and creative thinking, enabling you to come up with innovative solutions
• Demonstrated enthusiasm and a willingness to tackle challenges head-on, you are not afraid to dive into complex problems
• A collaborative mindset and a strong ability to communicate effectively across teams, leveraging tools such as chat, video calls, and other online platforms
