Due to significant growth and ongoing delivery success with our clients Australia wide Turner & Townsends Senior MEP Cost Manager undertaking pre and post contract client facing duties for our Real Estate Defence and Infrastructure projects typically both in T&T office and in a client offices accross various projects in Brisbane Sydney Canberra Melbourne and Perth Experience with MEP cost planning estimating for major utilities building services cost reporting procurement contract and commercial management.
- Commission management experience
- Precontract cost management experience
- Postcontract cost management experience
- Tender analysis experience
- Procurement and contract advisory experience
- Commercial reporting experience
- Variation assessment experience
- Team training and best practice
- Lead and manage complex projects and programs as the key client interface
- Developing working relationships problem solving and driving projects to successful completion
- Managing the design process to achieve the clients requirements and manage expectations
- Reviewing project plans and specifications scheduling costs saving measures discrepancies potential construction problems etc.
- Managing project safety and environmental requirements
- Managing project timelines risks and reporting
- Managing project budgets and advising on options to keep budget on track
- Chairing project/site meetings with clients consultants and contractors
- Being engaged with marketing and business development initiatives
