About the Role We are looking for a passionate and driven IT Recruiter with 1-5 years of experience to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying and hiring top IT talent, building strong candidate pipelines, and collaborating with stakeholders to fulfill staffing needs. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and negotiating offers.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT candidates for various roles, including developers, architects, QA engineers, and other tech-related positions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team culture, and business objectives.
  • Leverage multiple sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and employee referrals to find top talent.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports for better tracking and analysis.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to attract high-quality talent.
  • Promote employer branding by building a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in HR, IT, or a related field.
  • 1-5 years of experience in IT recruitment or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and IT skills, including (but not limited to) Java, Python, React.js, Cloud technologies, Data Science.
  • Experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring for niche IT roles.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
