Job Title: Senior Engineer Location: Solapur , Ahmednagar (On Site ) Department: Engineer ( Solar Industry Must ) Experience : Min 5 yrs to 7 yrs Salary - 30,000 to 40,000 Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and will be responsible for leading engineering projects, providing technical guidance, and ensuring that products and processes meet high quality standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and play a key role in driving the success of our projects. Key Responsibilities

• Execution : You referring to legal execution, project execution, programming execution, or something else entirely.
• Irradiation : refers to the process of exposing objects, materials, or organisms to radiation, which can be in various forms .
• Project Leadership: Lead engineering projects from concept through production, including planning, design, prototyping, testing, and implementation.
• Commissioning : The process of ensuring that a facility Engineer is designed, installed, tested, and operates according to the required specifications.
• Technical Expertise: Provide advanced technical expertise and support to team members and stakeholders, resolving complex engineering challenges.
• Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing them with professional development and support.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate and comprehensive engineering documentation, including specifications, reports, and project plans.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, implementing quality control measures and procedures.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvements and implement innovative solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate project status, risks, and technical concepts to various stakeholders, including management and clients.

• Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical/civil field.
• Experience: 5 to 7 years of experience in engineering, with a proven track record of managing complex projects.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in engineering field.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop innovative solutions.
• Leadership: Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with experience in mentoring and guiding team members.
