Position: Branch Business Manager - Home Loans Number of Openings: 3 Location: Kanchipuram, Chengalpattu, and Gingee Key Purpose of the Job: The role holder is responsible for achieving sales targets and converting leads into customers at the branch location. Education Qualification/Skill Sets Required:
- Graduate/Postgraduate/MBA in Sales & Marketing
- Minimum of 3-8 years of prior experience in Home Loans
- Strong knowledge of the local area
- Excellent communication skills
- Ensure achievement of sales targets by driving sales in the branch/area.
- Build, manage, and foster relationships with DSAs to generate new customer leads.
- Manage and lead the DSTs at the branch.
- Interact with customers and provide efficient service.
- Work towards building a credit-worthy portfolio at the branch.
