APAC Strategic Initiatives Performance Leader

( Please note that we are advertising the same role in multiple locations given the location flexibility) We are looking for a Strategic Initiatives & Performance Lead for APAC. This role will lead strategic initiatives and performance improvement across regional customer success teams. The focus is facilitating the implementation of P321 embedding global standards processes and tools. They will also be working with teams crossfunctionally to streamline deliveries improving delivery performance and client satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic initiatives to optimize delivery and customer success performance (e.g. Project Deliver SA&I)
- Lead adoption of global technologies and tools and integrate global platforms into regional standards
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to enhance and standardize processes
- Elevate consultancy skills and improve overall delivery quality across teams
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and alignment with global best practices
- Improved efficiency speed and productivity across markets and practice areas
- Successful delivery of global and regional initiatives initially as part of P321 including adoption of practice groups regional fungibility hubbing BPI & WoW
- Successful adoption and implementation of global technologies and tools with direct impact on productivity
- Standardized processes delivering consistent highquality outcomes
- Noticeable improvement in NPS scores
- Strong financial operational and commercial acumen with the ability to align strategic goals with business outcomes ensuring initiatives lead to measurable improvements in efficiency and performance
- Proven track record in leading performance improvement initiatives within customer success or delivery teams with a focus on embedding global standards and technologies across regional/ local teams
- Experience in managing largescale transformation projects
- Excellent crossfunctional collaboration skills with the ability to work across diverse teams streamline processes and create synergies that enhance delivery performance
- Strong leadership and change management experience
- Maturity and presence to actively engage in Csuite discussions and influence senior stakeholders
