• Lead Six Sigma projects to enhance global processes and culture.
• Collaborate with international teams to identify improvement opportunities.

• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery.

**Qualifications:**

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Certified Six Sigma Black Belt with a track record in leading projects.
• Strong project management and technical skills (Minitab, JMP).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with global industry standards is a plus.
