Overview: We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Specialist to spearhead our campaigns in agent recruitment, mortgage lead generation, and real estate marketing. The ideal candidate will excel in direct response marketing, possess strong content creation abilities, and have experience managing campaigns using CRM tools. Responsibilities: • Plan and execute strategic campaigns for agent recruitment, mortgage leads, and real estate listings. • Write compelling ad copy, email sequences, and optimize landing pages for conversions. • Monitor and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and CRM platforms to maximize performance. • Collaborate on visual content creation using tools like Canva or coordinate with designers for advanced graphics. • Analyse campaign performance metrics and implement strategies to improve ROI. • Support lead generation efforts through blog management and basic SEO tasks. Requirements: • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing or direct response marketing. • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot) and marketing platforms (e.g., Brevo, Mailchimp). • Strong copywriting skills with a focus on campaign and email content. • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and basic SEO practices. • Ability to work remotely and adjust to North American night hours as needed.
