Job Description

  • Oversee installation and network infrastructure projects to ensure timely completion according to planned schedules.
  • Communicate effectively with clients on-site to resolve technical issues and provide support.
  • Manage subcontractors, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and timely project delivery.
  • Responsible for reviewing and finalizing shop drawings and BBS for water supply (distribution works) and sewage systems.
  • Preparing site clarification requests and following up with consultants.
  • Implement digital transformation initiatives to meet financial targets.
  • Monitor budgets and operational expenses to ensure financial goals are achieved.
  • Supervise on-site teams to enforce safety and occupational health guidelines, ensuring a safe work environment.
  • Review BOQ and invoices to ensure accurate documentation and compliance with agreements.
  • Maintain secure project records and documentation for easy reference.
  • Guide team members, resolve work challenges, and take corrective actions to improve processes.
  • Prepare periodic performance reports and project KPIs for senior management.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Professional Skills:
    • Proficiency in engineering design tools (AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D).
    • Preferably certified in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera).
    • Strong understanding of infrastructure systems and ability to read technical blueprints.
    • Advanced computer skills (MS Office Suite).
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
    • Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience: 3-5 years in infrastructure installation and maintenance projects, specifically water and sewage systems.
