Experience Range: 5 to 8 yrs. of relevant experience Responsibilities:
- End to end administration and maintenance of Control-M environment which include enterprise manager, servers, database, agents, control modules and other components.
- Implement Control-M EM, Servers, Agents, CMs and other components.
- Define strategy and execute the migration of jobs and associated data from CA ESP to Control-M
- Troubleshooting Control-M performance issues/ outages / Opening support cases with stake holders.
- Experience in design, implementation, and support of Control-M and its components.
- Experience in troubleshoot incidents and outages related to Control-M EM, Servers, Agents, and other components.
- Expertise on complex job scheduling and flow design.
- Good understanding of Windows and linux commands and operations.
- Maintain effective utilization of licenses under control.
- Experience in handling upgrades of Control-M components such as EM, Server, Agents, CMs.
- Ability to create operations documentation for maintaining the Control-M infrastructure and batch job flow.
- Ability to train the Control-M administrators, schedulers and monitoring team.
- Mentor the project team in focus of the delivery and timed decision making on complex situations.
- Maintain users, user groups and role-based authorization.
- Maintain repository of the jobs and the folders, manage WCM, Workflow insights, Control-M Self-service, batch impact manager.
- Experience in onboarding new jobs, input added information, Creating new dashboards, Extraction of data from the Control-M database.
- Maintain the Control modules and account maintenance such DB, AFT, MFT and manage MQ queues.
- Knowledge of Control-M API and customization.
- Experience in handling LDAP integration and troubleshooting.
- Report generation and customization via Control-M reporting facility.
- Manage Incidents, RFC / CRs, Service requests, Problem and KEDB.
