• Reviews/validates invoice received inputs and invoices details into ERP.
• Ensures timely processing of wire/EFT payments.
• Manages vendor/supplier queries, performs vendor reconciliations, and reports based on agreed deadlines with the client.
• Investigates and resolves problems and inquiries associated with processing all invoices, expense reports, and associated payments.
• Reconciles accounts payable balances and resolves discrepancies with vendors.
• Supports the month/quarter/year end close through tight deadlines that may require additional work outside of traditional working hours/days.
• Supports and assists with internal and external audits.
• Assists in 1099 reporting and sales & use tax reporting.
• Makes recommendations for improvements in processes and implements action plans.
• Performs other accounting-related tasks as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration preferred.
• 2-4 years experience in accounting is required.
• Strong accounting knowledge of AP processes and systems.
• Experience with Oracle Net Suite is a MUST .
• Knowledge of US tax requirements , including 1099 reporting and sales & use tax reporting.
• Intermediate Excel skills and experience with lookups, pivot tables, and sum if functions.
• Team player, effective and pleasant communicator with all levels of management, cross-functional organizations, and customers.
• High degree of attention to detail, analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to succeed under tight deadlines.
• This is a fully remote position. Candidates must have access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace.
