Job Description: Sales Associate for Jewellery Brand Company : StyleAura® Website : Position : Sales Associate About the Company : StyleAura®is a prestigious jewellery brand, a Registered Trademark, that specializes in high-quality, handcrafted pieces designed to bring elegance and beauty to everyday life. Our collection includes a wide range of exquisite jewellery, including necklaces, bracelets, earrings, and rings. We believe in delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating lasting relationships with our clientele. Role Overview : As a Sales Associate at StyleAura® , you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building customer relationships. You will primarily work from our store located in Whitefield, Bangalore, and occasionally participate in exhibitions around Bangalore city. Your responsibilities will include understanding and effectively communicating the brand story of StyleAura®to customers. This role will be commission-based, with a base salary component. Responsibilities :
- Provide excellent customer service to all visitors, ensuring their needs and preferences are understood and met.
- Engage with customers to understand their preferences, budget, and occasions to recommend suitable jewellery pieces from our collection.
- Assist customers in trying on jewellery items, providing guidance on fit, style, and maintenance.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to upsell and cross-sell complementary products to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the StyleAura®brand story, product range, and current promotions.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, including displays and inventory.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store and exhibition events.
- Continuously build and nurture customer relationships through personalized follow-up and excellent after-sales service.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to achieving individual and team sales goals.
- 0-3 years of experience in sales (candidates with higher experience are welcome to apply), preferably in the retail or luxury goods industry. Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and build strong customer relationships.
- Sales-driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets and driving revenue.
- Strong product knowledge and ability to educate customers on the features and benefits of various jewellery pieces.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and point-of-sale systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Optional: Basic photography and videography skills for product documentation and social media posting.
