Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for Designers for Aluminium Formwork at VABA Aluminium Formwork System in Mumbai. The Designers will be responsible for structural concrete formwork engineering and design for various construction projects. Tasks include collaborating with clients, evaluating formwork solutions, and ensuring top-quality concrete finishes for buildings, parking floors, podiums, and other structures. Qualifications

• Structural Engineering, Design, and Formwork Engineering skills
• Experience in evaluating and planning cost-effective formwork solutions
• Knowledge of concrete finishes and construction engineering
• Ability to collaborate with clients and handle complex, high-rise structures
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus
