As a Autosar technical lead, you will be responsible in leading the MCAL SW development team. It would also involve creating MCAL drivers, integrating the Autosar Stack in compliance to ISO26262. While the role is of an individual contributor, you will have opportunity to mentor a small sized team. Basic qualifications: 6-10 years industry experience in software development on embedded devices. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electronics/Electrical Skills needed: Extensive experience in embedded development – C Programming, Python, ARM/DSP cores, Cache, DMA, compilers and tool chains Development and integration of the Device Driver for various microcontrollers, understand the Third-party software/reusable components and interface with the existing system Experience in AUTOSAR Architecture (COM, MCAL/OS, DCM, Memory Stack, ECUM, BSWM, CDD, etc.). Problem solving and debugging skills on AUTOSAR integration, expert in OS concepts (MicroSAR) Expert in Vector Davinci Tools (Configurator, Developer), EB Tresos, ARXML generation. Experience with Software development process such as ASPICE, ISO26262. Primary responsibilities:
- Responsible for the MCAL development as per the Autosar requirements.
- Hands on experience in Autosar MCAL development.
- Working experience in static code analysis tools (Klocwork) and unit testing tools (LDRA).
- Full project ownership - From estimation, scoping and planning to final SW delivery and customer ramp.
- Mentor a non-reporting small sized team and guide them with technical inputs needed to deliver the SW product.
- Able to look at software deliverables from end user point of view – ease of use, well documented code, design documents, integrated tools.
