- Should have retail sales experience of Decorative Paints with min 3 years in Raigad( Mumbai)
- Customer and Market Insights: Develop an in-depth understanding of customer and influencer preferences in the assigned market, analyze competition offerings versus our offerings.
- Market Penetration and Coverage: Ensure that Walplast Decorative Paints gains traction in the market through aggressive market coverage (reach & penetration).
- Dealer Support and Inventory Management: Convince and enable channel partners to invest in and maintain appropriate inventory levels of Walplast Tile Adhesive /Construction Chemical and allied products by creating awareness and demand through influencers and client activation.
- Sales Strategy: Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by staying current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors..
- Market Research: Conduct regular market research to gain market intelligence, gauge selling possibilities, and evaluate customer needs with a good geographical understanding.
